My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were really comfortable, and I loved soaking in the lovely bath. However, I was a bit disappointed that the mountain view advertised was no longer visible. The private garden bathed in afternoon sunshine was a nice touch.

The service was excellent. The staff was very attentive and escorted me and my friend to our room. They were extremely helpful and took care of us throughout our stay.

The location is good, very close to the city center. It's amazing to sit and chill by the river, not too far from the center, and there's a 24-hour shuttle available.

The dining experience was very good, with some gluten-free options for my kid. The home-made scones and fresh juices were a highlight, although not as stand out as the grounds and rooms.
